Favorite diet foods

2) A Roast Beef subway sandwhich on wheat bread
3) Subway Tuna Salad
4) Grilled Chicken Wrap
5) Lean Hotpockets
6) Grilled Chicken Breast sandwhich (losts of protein)
7) Strawberry Protein Shake (size:medium)
8) Ramen Noodles: low in cals extremely high in sodium though
9) Turkey Burger
10)Baked Cheetos
11)Wheat Bread w/ peanut butter and jelly
12)Oatmeal
13)The “100 Calorie packs of Chips Ahoy”
